I help you build clarity, internal permission, energy, boundaries, and simple structures you need to consistently nourish your mind-body-soul-spirit, and achieve whatever goals that you have for yourself — without guilt or overwhelm. Since I became a nurse and started working at bedside, I found myself more and more out of alignment with what I wanted to do for my patients. As a nurse in the Emergency Department, I found the same patients come back to get treated for the same conditions time and time again.
The majority of these patients had lifestyle diseases that could have been prevented and can even be reversed. Many of them were women who gave their time to everyone else but themselves, raised their own children and their grand kids. It made me wonder, what made them choose to pour all they have got into others but themselves? Was there anybody that cared abour their wellbeing as much as they did about others? What do they regeret not doing for themselves? Do they feel resentment towards their family members, partners, kids and even themselves but dare not to say it out loud?
Thus, I chose to say no to the status quo to keep sacrificing myself and my wellbeing for others and stopped expecting time to magically become mine.
With my holistic coaching approach, I will help you take your life into your own hands and make the necessary changes in your life to no longer give yourself breadcrumbs, and rather, become more aligned with your values and purpose in life, fill your own cup, and let others benefit from its overflow.
